La Autoridad Aduanera, mediante este concepto, resolvi\u00f3 diferentes inquietudes con relaci\u00f3n a la modalidad de importaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1fico postal y env\u00edos urgentes, reiterando lo establecido en el Oficio N\u00b0 902959, sobre la cantidad permitida para el ingreso de mercanc\u00eda por esta modalidad, as\u00ed:<\/p>\n
\u201cEs de reiterar que en \u00e9ste se analiz\u00f3 la aplicaci\u00f3n del numeral 3\u00b0 del art\u00edculo 254 del Decreto <\/em>1165 de 2019, precisando lo siguiente:<\/em><\/p>\n \u201c(…) con relaci\u00f3n a los requisitos exigidos para los env\u00edos que lleguen por la red oficial de correos y env\u00edos urgentes, se tiene que el art\u00edculo 254 del Decreto 1165 de 2019, en su numeral tercero, no establece requisitos en t\u00e9rminos de cantidades para el ingreso de mercanc\u00eda sobre la cual no recaigan restricciones legales o administrativas para su importaci\u00f3n. El mencionado numeral 3\u00b0 establece que trat\u00e1ndose de mercanc\u00edas sujetas a restricciones legales o administrativas solo pueden importarse bienes de la misma clase hasta 6
